Eminem's 3rd Studio album titled "The Marshall Mathers LP" was released in May 2000. It featured the infamous The Real Slim Shady, The Way I Am, and Stan. These tracks all had different themes. The Real Slim Shady talks about some of Slim Shady's troubles. The Way I Am shows the pressure he is dealing with. And last but not least, Stan shows an obsessed fan writing to Eminem and eventually committing suicide because he did not respond. In 2001, Eminem went on the Up In Smoke Tour with many other rappers, such as Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, and Snoop Dogg.
